WHY? You might ask?
ECBAT committee member and webmaster for several community websites that ECBAT use Peter Herriman explains,
“For some time now we have been running an events calendar on the Eudunda Tourism website (the one on the right) and I have found it difficult to justify putting some items in that calendar, such as training, crafts, local sport, committee meeting reminders, grant releases on there, as it would detract from what people exploring our tourism website which was developed to promote the region would want to see. These people are more likely to want to see our major events, and perhaps attend them while visiting. What do you think? Do you agree or have a suggestion which might work?”.

Peter continued explaining the idea,
”Our community do want to know what is happening locally, so the best way I can see at the moment is to start a new event calendar
