Eudunda Railway Station
CODE AMENDMENT – HAVE YOUR SAY
What is Happening?
The Eudunda Railway Station Code Amendment proposes rezoning Lot 2 Railway Parade, Eudunda, from Employment (Bulk Handling) Zone to Township Main Street Zone. This change will support the restoration and reuse of the historic railway station as a tea house and tourist accommodation.
Why is This Important?
The amendment will:
- Preserve and restore a significant local heritage site.
- Create opportunities for tourism and local economic growth.
- Align zoning with the intended future use of the site.
