The Eudunda Community Business & Tourism Committee (ECBaT) held a Free Business Breakfast for the Eudunda & Districts Community on Friday 22 November 2024 from 7am to 9am at the Saints Clubhouse on Bruce Street Eudunda.

Approximately 30 people attended the breakfast which was generously sponsored by the Regional Council of Goyder’s South Goyder Community Event Grants Fund.
Participants heard from a representative of the SA Government Office for Small & Family Business, Mr Luke Temme on what assistance they can provide to local businesses in terms of technical & grant funding assistance.

Special guests who also contributed to the information provided for small business were:
Ms Alicia Callery – Economic Development Officer for Regional Development Australia Yorke & Mid-North, Hon Tony Piccolo – SA Government Member for Light & Mr Tom Venning – Liberal Candidate Elect for the Australian Government seat of Grey.

Everyone enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast provided by the Saints Clubhouse staff & the networking opportunities for businesses & community organisations.
The Chair of ECBaT, Skye Harwood welcomed everyone to the breakfast & the Deputy Chair of ECBaT, Mel Zerner acted as MC for the event. He provided a summary of the purpose & activities of ECBaT & then conducted an open forum to provide an opportunity for feedback on what assistance businesses would require from ECBaT going forward.
