ECBAT Next Meeting 4th February 2026
Bronzed sculpture of Colin Thiele & Mr Percival the Pelican in the Eudunda Centenial Gardens.
Did you know that this sculpture of Colin Thiele and Mr Percival the Pelican was originally constructed of fibreglass by Chris Radford, and unveiled in 1988 and proudly displayed in the Eudunda Centenial Gardens for many years.
As the fibreglass wore thin ECBAT and it’s sub-committee The Eudunda Family Heritage Gallery held a public fundraising appeal to raise the fund to bronze the sculpture and Chris Radford was again part of this project. Thanks to the tireless efforts of many volunteers and the generosity of the community this was achieved.
